Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Buttery received a Master's degree in Veterinary Microbiology from North Carolina State University. He then went on to earn a DVM degree from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. After veterinary school, he worked at Marineland of Florida, one of Florida's first marine mammal parks; Ringling Brothers Circus; and both large and small animal practices. Prior to Clarkson Veterinary Hospital, Dr. Buttery owned and practiced at East Avenue Animal Hospital in Brockport. He has a special interest in surgery, endoscopy, radiology, and microbiology.
