Veterinarian Overview
In 2006, Dr. Jodie L. Poller graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine once she completed her clinical training at the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. After growing up in Pittsburgh, Dr. Poller moved to Massachusetts where she earned her undergraduate degree from Smith College and her Masters in Biology from Tufts University. Since becoming a DVM, Dr. Poller has practiced as a veterinarian in New York City since 2009. During that time, she has practiced as both a companion animal doctor and a shelter veterinarian. Her professional interests include whole-animal medicine and strengthening the bond between an owner and their pet. Dr. Poller is fortunate to share her life with a fantastic German Shepherd, Nemo, who was adopted from Sean Casey Animal Rescue in Brooklyn. In her free time, you can find her running, going to spin class or Barrys Bootcamp, swimming, traveling and reading.
