Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Kay received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Marine Corps in 1968. He graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University in 1970 with a Bachelors of Science in Forestry and earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1976.
