Veterinarian Overview
In January of 2012 Dr. Steinberg became an owner and partner of West Hills East Veterinary Clinic. He is a native Long Islander and graduate of Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine. In 2005 he performed a rotating small animal surgery and medicine internship at the Animal Medical Center in Manhattan and spent the following year as an emergency veterinarian at Bluepearl Specialty and Emergency Hospital in Manhattan. He spent another 2 years practicing high quality veterinary medicine as a general practitioner at Park East Animal Hospital in Manhattan. Dr. Steinberg has two kids that keep him happily busy, twins Daniel and Hannah, and two dogs, an Aussiedoodle Lily, and Cavapoo Sandy. His special interests in veterinary medicine include neurology, emergency medicine, and especially being the bridge between owners and pets helping people keep their pets happy and healthy.
