Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Niesenbaum took over the location of the former Howard Animal Hospital in 2013 and reopened it as The Great Neck Dog and Cat Hospital. This is the third location in our network of veterinary practices and splitting his time between them has kept him quite busy. He still finds time to get out and train and compete in Triathlons and get some relaxing time with his family at home.Education: Dr. Niesenbaum attended The University of Pennsylvania from 1975 - 1984 for both his undergraduate and graduate education. He holds a BA in Biochemistry and a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine.
