Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Kate Phelps D.V.M. joined our staff in August of 2018 as head veterinarian. Dr. Phelps is a local to the area, having graduated from Chenango Forks High School. Dr. Phelps graduated from Saint George University with her degree in Veterinary Medicine. She completed her fourth year of clinical training at the University of Florida. Dr. Phelps is excited to be practicing back in the Southern Tier. Dr. Phelps enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog Priya and cat Josie.
