Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Tonia Hite was born and raised in the suburbs of Buffalo. She completed her undergraduate studies at Canisius College and SUNY Buffalo before heading to St. Kitts to follow her dream of becoming a veterinarian. There she attended Ross University. Her studies also took her to Washington, Idaho, and Alaska as she finished her clinicals. Upon returning to Western New York, she reestablished her roots, holding staff positions at Greater Buffalo Veterinary Services and Brighton-Eggert Animal Clinic. She also enriched her experience doing relief work for numerous area hospitals, as well as the Erie County SPCA. It was this relief work that brought her to Camp Road, and where Dr. Hite eventually found her home. I have finally found a place to call my own, it feels like me, and to be able to thoroughly enjoy all my clients and patients in this small community is amazing. In her free time Dr. Hite enjoys numerous outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and skiing
