Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Mackey was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She attended Tuskegee University for her undergraduate work in Biology and Animal Science. She continued her education at Tuskegee University, receiving her doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2014.
