Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Rachel Kleiner earned both her Bachelor's degree and her Veterinary degree at the University of Pennsylvania. She then spent a year in Gaithersburg, Maryland for a small animal medicine and surgery internship, an experience she finds invaluable. She grew up on Long Island and moved back to New York in 2006 after her internship. For the past 9 years, she has been practicing veterinary medicine in Westchester. In 2010, she and her husband decided to lay down roots in Mount Kisco. They are the proud parents of an active toddler named Gabriel, a beautiful baby girl named Tahlia, and a crazy Cocker Spaniel named Shayna. There are so many wonderful things about being a veterinarian but what stands out the most for Dr. Kleiner is developing close and trusting relationships with people and their pets, knowing that she is making a difference in their lives. Bringing these relationships into the home setting allows for a more intimate understanding of your pets and how they live with you and with the other pets in your home. This is why Dr. Rachel Kleiner decided to create No Place Like Home Veterinary Care - to take high quality veterinary care to the next level.
