Veterinarian Overview
Born and raised in Manhattan, Dr. Nina Mohr completed her B.A. degree in Psychology at Columbia University. While in her last year of undergraduate studies, she discovered her love of science and completed the post-baccalaureate pre-medical program at Columbia to pursue her dream of becoming a veterinarian. She graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2004, completed a six month internship at North Carolina State University, and then completed a one-year internship at the Animal Medical Center. Dr. Mohr joined City Veterinary Care in 2009 after several years experience in private practice and emergency medicine in multiple specialty/referral centers in and around Manhattan. Dr. Mohr is a member of the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society and her professional interests include emergency/critical care, neurology, and internal medicine. She lives in the Union Square area with her husband and their son.
