Veterinarian Overview
Michael Woltz, VMD has served as director of Central Animal Hospital since 1981. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Woltz enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, from routine examinations to performing complex surgeries on pets of all kinds. Always the pet lover, Dr. Woltz once cared for 2 cats, 2 dogs, a myriad of finches, 3 snakes, and many tanks of fish all simultaneously in a 1 bedroom apartment! He and his wife presently care for 2 dogs, 1 cat, 2 finches, a tank of Oscars (fish) and a pond full of koi. Their daughters live in Manhattan with a cat and 1 turtle. Dr. Woltz is also a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP).
