Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Sarah A. Gebbie is an associate veterinarian at Bayview Animal Hospital. She has cared for pets as a general practitioner since 2006, working at both Suburban Animal Hospital and East River Veterinary Hospital prior to Bayview. Dr. Gebbie completed her undergraduate education in 2002 at the University of California, Los Angeles and received her Bachelor's Degree in Ecology, Behavior and Evolution, with a minor in Classical Civilization. She went on to attend the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine and was awarded her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. Soft tissue surgery is just one of her many professional interests. She also enjoys working with small mammals and exotics, including rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, rats, mice, hamsters and gerbils. Dr. Gebbie has one dog named Sheba and two cats name Harry and Weasley. In her spare time, she enjoys singing with her band, boating, camping and spending time with her husband and two sons.
