Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Brower joined Miller Animal Hospital in 1996. He grew up in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, earned a BS in Animal Science from Virginia Tech, and then graduated from Cornell's School of Veterinary Medicine in 1985. After a two-year stint in mixed practice in Litchfield, Connecticut, he returned to New York's Capital District to practice small animal medicine and surgery.
