Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Rust joined the Apple Hill Animal Hospital team in August 2014. After completing undergraduate studies at Tulane University in 2007, she earned her DVM degree from Ohio State University (OSU) in 2012. Dr. Rust's medical interests include animal behavior and zoo and wildlife medicine. Previously, Dr. Rust practiced at our sister hospital, Champlain Valley Veterinary Services, in Plattsburgh, NY. In her free time, Dr. Rust enjoys running, hiking, traveling, and volunteering. She has three cats Buddy, Larry, and Becky.
