I would never use her. Waited 5 hours. Was quoted a price, then later it was severely increased. When questioned vet about it, she hung up and sent my pup out untreated. My pup was sick, covered in puke and diarrhea and blood where they tried to draw from her neck.
Vet refused to treat pup who ate a toxin because I questioned the price, since it changed midstream.
So unprofessional. I wonder if she really cares for animals at all!
