First your office should be open to the public. You don't get to talk to the vet. They only call you by phone to make sure you have enough money to pay the bill. She called my cat lethargic on her report. My cat was totally unresponsive. Her report said phenobarbital overdose. The tech showed the report that said within the normal range. It's disgusting that we can't enter the office to talk to the vet in person. I think you doctors have enjoyed not having to be bothered by clients. Just remember, it's the clients that pay the bill. OPEN up your office. There is no need for it to be closed to the public at this point. Also when she called me to say she would like to keep Molly all night. She said the cost would be $1650. I said wow. She said wow what. I said that's a lot of money. Her reply was, well you can take her home now if you want to. I am on social security. That is a large amount of money. Looking back I am not sure that she should have stayed. I believe that she knew, after seeing her, that this was neurological and that nothing could be done. Sadly I trusted her.
