It's a shame the other review posted here was unhappy with Dr. Guess. I was a client of hers at the OSU Veterinary clinic, and she specifically was the reason we continued to take our cats there after our first visit with her even though the fees were higher due to it being a learning facility for the veterinary students there. After seeing she no longer is practicing there, I wanted to look into seeing where she might be located now, because we want to continue to work with her. She is not only kind, caring, and has wonderful bedside manner, but you can feel the passion she has for what she does, and that was extremely important to us in finding a long-term vet for our cats. Her level of knowledge and expertise is incredible, and I will be scheduling an appointment with her at her new location to continue to receive the outstanding quality of care that I know she provides.
Dr. Guess has horrible bedside manners. She was extremely rude and unwilling to dedicate any attention to the issue we brought our dog in with. In no way did this doctor demonstrate great expertise in anything beyond the basics of veterinary medicine or a desire to treat her patient. Look elsewhere for a kind, competent veterinarian to treat your pet.
