Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Chad Lester is a native of northeast Ohio. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS degree in Animal Science (2007) and earned a DVM degree from Oklahoma State University in 2013. Following graduation, Dr. Lester pursued further training at the Pittsburgh Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center, where he completed a one-year rotating internship in medicine and surgery. Prior to joining the Gateway Animal Clinic team in October 2015, Dr. Lester practiced emergency medicine on the east side of Cleveland.Dr. Lester has two dogs, an Australian Shepherd named Oakley and a Shih-poo named Teddy. He spends his free time with his wife and daughter sailing, camping and sulking over Cleveland's heartbreaking sports teams.
