Veterinarian Overview
Dr Middlebrooks originally grew up in Kettering and now lives in Xenia, Ohio. He had a humble beginning at Woodman Drive Animal Hospital as a kennel boy in 1976 and gradually worked his way up to office staff during high school and college. He joined the practice as a veterinarian in 1989 and is currently the sole owner of the practice. Dr Middlebrooks graduated form Cornell University with a bachelors degree in Animal Science in 1982. He continued his education at the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine and was awarded his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1986. He completed a 1 year internship at Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital in Akron, Ohio in 1987. He has a wide variety of interests in veterinary medicine including internal medicine and surgery. Outside of work his interests include reading, woodworking, golfing and boating. He and his wife, Bambi, have two children, Bryan and Sarah. Bryan is currently a sophomore in the College of Veterinary Medicine at Ohio State University. Sarah is a junior undergraduate at Ohio State University majoring in Athletic Training. They have one dog, Rocky.
