Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Amy Schnipke grew up in the small town of New Washington, Ohio. In the 6th grade she had a science fair project on animal behavior; from there she knew she wanted to be a veterinarian when she grew up. Dr. Amy graduated from The Ohio State University in 1998 with a B.S. in horticulture and then in 2003 from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Her main interests include dermatology and internal medicine. Dr. Amy and her husband Marks family include two small young boys, Owen and Will, and Sully a Border Collie. Outside of work she enjoys spending time as a family and cooking or baking.
