We love Dr. Mokos! She is always very thorough and spends as much time as we need. Everything is discussed with us. We raw feed and I’m hesitant to over-vaccinate. She has always been fine with both, but offers insight to help me understand the benefits of certain boosters, suggests a modified course of action and then leaves the decision to me. (I tend to defer to her judgement and education). She also takes the human members of the family into consideration when diagnosing and sees us as a family unit. Things we do affect him; things he does affects us... She looks for the root of the problem - not just a solution for the symptom.
Wonderful, caring Vet. Correctly diagnosed my Goldendoodle and treated with supplements when another vet suggested surgery (unneeded). Listens carefully and takes the time to fully explain any answers. She also happens to be a truly nice person.
Dr. Lisa Mokus is one of the most caring, knowledgeable, kind, thorough vets I have ever had in my many years of owning dogs. I would follow this vet to the end of the earth to have her care for my pets. She really cares about what's best for her patients and really takes care of the human as well!! I would give her a 10 paw rating off I could. I highly recommend Dr. Mokus!! My dog Oliver gives her a paw up as well. :)
Dr Mokos is an amazing vet. She saved my dogs life by going above and beyond and calling a specialist on my behalf. She truly not only cares about her pet patients but their humans as well. I would highly recommend her as a vet.
