Veterinarian Overview
James is a Buckeye, through and through. He attended both undergraduate and veterinary school at The Ohio State University and graduated in 1980. Jim then practiced in a mixed animal practice in New Jersey for two years, before returning to Ohio to start his own practice in Wooster. He especially enjoys his current position as a contracting veterinarian with the Soehnlen Veterinary Clinic. Throughout his career, Jim has treated exotics and farm animals, as well as all types of companion animals and pets. He lives in Wooster with his wife and has three grown children and 3 grandchildren with another on the way! In addition to being an avid Buckeye fan, Jim loves boating, waterskiing, golf, church activities and family time.
