Veterinarian Overview
Dr. McMurray returned home to Poland to join our team in February 2016. She is a Mooney High School graduate and earned her Bachelors degree in Zoology from Kent State University. After 2 ½ years of veterinary school in St. Kitts (yes, the tropical island!), Dr. McMurray came back to the states with her rescued soulmate pup, Hope, and completed a year of clinical education at Purdue University. She earned her doctoral degree from Ross University in 2012.Since becoming a veterinarian, Dr. McMurray worked in a small animal practice in Berea and developed special interests in client education, preventive care, internal medicine, and soft tissue surgery. She is a member of multiple state and national veterinary organizations, including the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association.When she has free time, Dr. McMurray loves to travel and enjoy the outdoors, especially when its warm! She also loves spending time with her friends and family; her fiancé, Dan; their dogs, Widget and Duke; and their cat, Adam.We look forward to working with Dr. McMurray and know she will be a great resource to you and your furry loved ones!
