Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Leland Liston joined the CVH team June 2015 and you will love him! He is a 2015 graduate of Oklahoma State University School of Veterinary Medicine. Originally from Torrance, California Leland moved to Oklahoma in 2007 where he received his bachelors degree in Medical Molecular Biology from Rogers State University in Claremore. He won the Capstone Research Project his senior year for his research on Anthelmintic Resistance in Haemonchous Contortus. He is currently becoming certified with our new ultrasound machine, which will be an enormous asset to our clinic. Leland is also interested in woodworking, watercolor painting, restoring classic cars and keeping up with his acreage on Claremore Lake. He has a 7 foot long red-tailed Boa constrictor named Harley and a super-sized cat named Max.
