Veterinarian Overview
Dr Carissa Harold has been a valued associate of Mustang Animal Health Clinic since her graduation from Oklahoma State University in 2000. She has a Bachelors degree in Business from Arkansas Tech University and she brings a wealth of information and diversity to our practice. Dr Harold is well grounded in ConventionalMedicine and she has a special interest in soft tissue surgery and client education. Dr Harold practices Integrative Veterinary Medicine using the combination of conventional and/or holistic modalities that we are known for at Mustang Animal Health Clinic. She is certified in Veterinary Acupuncture by the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society and she is currently seeking certification in Veterinary Food Therapy with the Chi Institute. Some of the Holistic practices she employs are as follows: Muscle testing (using a form of Contact Reflex Analysis), Behavioral Modification using Geotran, Osteopathic Manipulation, Homotoxicology, Passive Detoxification using IonCleanse, Ozone Therapy, Qi Gong, Prolotherapy, Gold Bead Implantation, Nutritional Therapy and Food Therapy.
