negligent After my first experience we returned several time i paid in full every time had her a week came home and i had to take her back because noone there realized she had parasites. Took her in again for a seizure for her blood sugar they got her regulated and said they wanted to keep her again to be sure. Its choice i made that ill regret forever. The dr said she needed to be fed every 30 minutes. I asked if someone would be there all night was assured by two different people that yes she wouldnt be alone if she was it would be an hour tops. But if the dr says every 30 minutes then surely the staff handle this accordingly. They do not. While the website says 24/7 care and the staff tell you yes it is not they have no night person so when i left hopeful and preparing to bring my baby home the following day i got the call she had passed. Upon reading the notes printed on my reciept when i paid for her creamation, i noticed the descrepenciesand the fact she had low temp and was stiffening BUT alive apparently that didnt warrant emergency attention. They left her for another animal and she passed. IF THEY WERENT EQUIPPED OR WILLING TO DO WHAT IT TOOK AND WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR THEN THEY SHOULD HAVE SENT HER HOME WHEN SHE WAS WELL I WAS MORE THAN READY TO TAKE ON THE RESPONSIBILITY ONCE SHE WAS STABLE! At least of she had passed at home she would have been cared for the way she needed and we would know all that could have been done was. Instead i trusted them wanting to keep her with the reassurances i recieved and she died alone cold and probably scared. She was a 1 pound chihuahua that deserved better.and when i pay for care i expect what im paying for not to be lied to. She was ignored and it cost her life
