Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Lenaburg is the newest addition to Hecht Veterinary family joining our team in June of 2014. Being the son of a rural Oklahoma veterinarian, he grew up with experience and understanding that soon became a passion for veterinary medicine. He is a past graduate of Oklahoma State University's College of Veterinary Medicine and completed his undergraduate studies at OSU as well obtaining a B.S. in Animal Science. While completeing his bachelor's degree, he was awarded with yearly Academic Excellence scholarships and received the President's and Dean's List Awards. While in veterinary school, he was recognized with honors in medicine and surgery, yearly scholarships for academic achievement and was presented with multiple class awards for excelling in food animal medicine and surgery. During free time, he loves spending time with his beautiful wife and their three furry canine children, Ozzie, Petey, and Sadie. He also enjoys playing, watching, and giving his opinion on sporting events, most notably football and baseball.
