I was charged 3 times the amount given on the phone by two people for my dog to be neutered. On top of that leading to the neuter my appointment was cancelled twice. The first cancellation was after i drove 1.5 hr and fasted my dog in preparation for the surgery. This cancellation they claimed was due to my dog needing a separate appointment for an exam prior to the surgery. Subsequently after making 2 more appointments one for the exam and one for the surgery, i received a phone call immediately prior to exam appointment, to tell me they were cancelling the exam and the exam would be given the day of the surgery. Very, very unprofessional service.
