Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Everett grew up with a wide array of pets from the typical dogs, cats, hamsters and birds to the more unusual including turtles and horned toads plus caring for miscellaneous injured wildlife. She and her parents knew that her dream of becoming a veterinarian would someday be a reality but it presented a few challenges a long the way. Taking Queenie the King snake to elementary school Show and Tell wrapped around her arm, was one of those situations. An unhappy phone call from the principal to her parents resulted. As she grew up, her passion intensified as well as her desire to embark upon a veterinary career. She has never regretted this decision.
