I called this woman’s office to reschedule an appointment. (I had been contacted a few times about it and didn’t respond) I was attempting to reschedule the appointment and the person who answered the phone left me on hold for 16 mins before the called was dropped on there end not mine. I called back and asked to speak to whom ever was a charge and I was told that person was at lunch. After a moments of me asking if there anyone else that could speak to me I was told no. I replied to that with I’ll just wait for your boss to be done with lunch I’ll just sit on hold. I was then told she’s on her way to Florida. I hung the phone up because I hate layers. I went to fisher’s Vetco location to complain about the situation and I have witnesses fisher did not want to hear my complaint no matter how polite I was. Then I was told I can no longer bring my dogs to her facility. So I’m lied to, to to go to the facility deal with my complaint and reschedule my appointment purpose for all of this in the first phone call I spent 16 mins on hold for. Instead her response to her employee lying to me was to tell me my baby’s and myself are no longer allowed in her facility.
