Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Debbie McCurry graduated from Tuskegee School of Veterinary Medicine in Alabama in 1996. Dr. Debbie enjoys many aspects of veterinary medicine, but has a special interest in her geriatric patients. The ability to ease the affects of aging such as arthritis, kidney and liver disease, and even senility in our older four-legged friends is what drives her passion.Dr. Debbie and Heartland Animal Hospital were one of the first in South Carolina to perform in clinic stem cell procedures. These revolutionary procedures have helped over 20 dogs and cats live more comfortably and with less pain throughout their continued "golden years."
