I love the other vets but Dr. Santos was patient with me with a senior rescue with multiple trust and issues of aggressiveness. She listened to my tears and guided me through, and when my little guy developed cancer, she helped me thru until the end, gently helping him crossover when it was time. She doesn't know how much comfort.that was.
Dr.Santos is one of those people that you feel an immediate connection with. She is so kind, caring, and most of all she really listens and understands that for most people like us, our pets are family members. Just her presence calms our pets during vet appointments, she is the true dog whisperer. . There will never be enough stars for me to put beside her name nor will there ever be enough words to express thanks for ALL the wonderful care our pets have received. She is the best! I hope she stays in our area until retirement! We will be her clients forever!
If I could give Dr. Santos a rating of 20 I would. She was fantastic with an urgent issue w/my little Cairn. I had to leave my last vet (after 30 years) because the practice had become too "corporate" and the personal care factor was gone. I found that personal touch w/ Dr. Santos, thank you.
