Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Andrea Ray was born in Canada but grew up in Canton, SD. She attended South Dakota State University for her undergraduate degree and received her veterinary degree from the distinguished Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation she joined a practice in central Iowa and in 2009 joined the Tea Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Ray's veterinary interests include internal medicine, preventative care, and surgery. While Dr. Ray's focus is in small animal medicine she also has extensive knowledge of horse care, training and health. In her free time Dr. Ray enjoys riding horses, running, outdoor activities, listening to music and attending live concerts. Her beloved pets included a cat, Gracie Lou Freebush and a horse named Poco.
