Veterinarian Overview
In addition to his love of dogs and cats, Dr. Hall has long had a special interest in exotic pets. Prior to attending Veterinary School, he was a manager of a local pet store for several years and then managed a retail pet bird store in Boca Raton, Florida. This provided invaluable experience in the husbandry and care of exotics. He is a long time member of the Association of Avian Veterinarians. Dr. Hall graduated from the University of Tennessee Veterinary College in 1989. He participated in an internship with Susan Clubb, D.V.M. in Miami, Florida providing veterinary care at Parrot Jungle and Pet Farm. Being a native of Tennessee, he returned to Knoxville where he has practiced for 23 years. He has been with Pellissippi Veterinary Hospital for several of those years and is an important part of the team.
