Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Anne Waller Stanland is a Nashville, Tennessee native. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. She received her Degree of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine in Fort Collins, Colorado where she was awarded a scholarship by the Chiron Corporation in recognition of her achievements in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Anne completed a Small Animal Internship in Darien, Connecticut. Since 1996, Dr. Anne has been an Associate at the Brentwood Veterinary Clinic. She is a member of Tennessee Veterinary Medical Association, American Veterinary Medical Association and International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management, and she serves as an active Board Member of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals of Tennessee. Today Dr. Anne and her husband, an architect for the State of Tennessee, share their home with four rescued dogs and six rescued cats.
