Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Randolph has always had a natural way with animals, even as a child. He has always liked them and they have always liked him. Working with animals is something he has loved his entire life and something he is naturally good at so veterinary medicine seemed like an obvious career choice. Dr. Randolph has a special talent working with fearful or aggressive animals, including cats. Dr. Randolph hails from Franklin, Tennessee, where he grew up. He moved from Michigan in the 1st grade and went to Centennial High School, Class of 2004. Growing up, he achieved a black belt in karate and was captain of the wrestling team. Family is very important to Dr. Randolph. He grew up in a loving home and his parents worked very hard to make sure he and his brother never went without. His older brother is one of his best friends despite being the exact opposite of him. Of course, he always had pets growing up, including dogs, cats, gerbils, hamsters and rabbits. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science with a minor in Biology from the University of Tennessee, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Randolph then went on to get his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from UT in 2012. Dr. Randolph has had some very interesting experiences in his career, including working with tigers and other exotic cats in veterinary school as well as working with military dogs at Fort Campbell. His professional interests include dentistry and surgery, as well as creating long lasting relationships with his patients and their owners. In his free time, Dr. Randolph enjoys golfing, hiking, fishing, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. He is a big fan of the University of Tennessee (Go Volunteers!), and his favorite sport is MMA. His favorite television shows are Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead.
