Ralco Nutrition is conducting a GRAS trial at Agri-Research, Canyon Texas. On Nov. 19, 50 steers on the project were slaughtered at Tyson-Amarillo. Kidneys from five animals were condemned (Packer ID 7413, 7414, 7455, 7465, 7491). Our FDA protocol requires that we account for the reason that these kidneys were condemned. We understand that you was the veterinary in charge on this occasion. Please provide us as much information as possible as to the reason(s) these kidneys were condemned.
