Bizarre communication. Would not talk directly to me. She made statements at me. I asked follow-up questions and she would repeat her previous statement and with a rude tone. I asked her how severe was an elevated blood lab she would just repeat to me. The lab is elevated. Is it so elevated that she is about to be on organ failure or is it a sign of toxins elevated and we can try medication and she would just repeat like I just said super rude tone the lab is elevated. She suggested my dog got bitten by one of my other dogs due to a small puncture wound found on her foot even though I told her I was sitting right next to her and an insect or possible snake bit her sending her into a tailspin of pain and yelping. She got really pissed and shitty when on I told her it was not my other dogs. I could see what bit her but that’s because it was not see able to the naked eye in the dark but definitely not another dog next to her. Today 2 puncture wounds became visible so a spider or snake. Can’t believe I paid $500 arguing with this rude dumb robot that my dogs didn’t get into a fight and causing my injured pup to scream out in pain licking her foot and coughing and wheezing. Do not trust this woman!
