Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Hester is a life long resident of Fort Worth, Texas. He received his degree in Veterinary Medicine from Texas A & M University in 1986. While working at his first post graduate position, he met his wife Audrey, and they married in 1990 . Dr. Hester first joined our staff as a relief veterinarian in 1996, and then returned in 1998. He officially became our clinicÂ’s full time veterinarian in 1999. Dr. HesterÂ’s experience includes relief work in emergency medicine as well as small animal medicine and surgery at clinics in and around North Texas. Dr. Hester is a sports enthusiast and in particular enjoys both watching AND playing tennis. When not at the clinic he has been known to participate in local area tennis leagues. His other hobbies include cooking, and dancing with his wife Audrey. Dr. Hester is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association. He and his wife Audrey currently share their home with their dog Fatty, a 2 year old rescued Chihuahua mix, and a clan of rescued finches
