Veterinarian Overview
Born and raised almost literally in a barn in Columbia Missouri, Lindsay grew up around a wide variety of animals, both exotic and domestic and still feels most comfortable when surrounded by wild critters and the GREAT outdoors. She has successfully transferred her barn-yard life style to the big city of Austin, and loves that she can run around this town covered in mud and dog slobber and still be accepted. In her free time she is always with her four-legged children, Alfred and Archibald, (two Great Danes). This inseparable trio spends most of their time at the barn with the horse, Boogie, and his side-kicks, a miniature donkey and small goat herd. If not at the barn, then they are hiking around the beautiful hill country or enjoying a dog friendly patio somewhere in town. A graduate of the University of Missouri, Lindsay is a die hard MU Tigers Fan. A highlight in vet school was when she performed anesthesia on a full grown Tiger! Although no longer dabbling in Tiger medicine, she still has a special interest in big pets! Being the parent of Great Danes, she loves working with giant breed dogs and is especially aware of their specific needs, both medically and emotionally. She believes a happy pet is a healthy pet, and encourages owners to get their four legged family members out and about in this dog friendly city! If your pet is in need of attentive medical care or just a big hug and a kiss, shell deliver!
