We can never forget how very well Dr. Jim managed our terrified little
six-pound kitty. He remained calm as a cucumber and managed to
do what needed to be done to treat our cat all-the-while she hissed, spit, growled, screamed, scratched, tried to bite, and screeched because she was soooooooo afraid.
We were afraid that Dr. Jim would not want to see our cat again ... but ....
he was awesome and managed the situation in an amazing fashion ... like it was all in a day's work.
Dr. Jim really knows how to manage difficult and terrified pets and we are grateful for his wonderful abilities and expertise.
We wish Dr. Jim could be our cat's primary care physician.

Dr Jim was able to "manage my cat" even though she was extremely difficult to manage and several other vets in the area had refused to continue with the clinical appointment because she was so "vicious."
She weighed a total of "six pounds" and was so terrified that she was
unmanageable according to other vets.
However, Dr. Jim remained totally calm and "worked his magic" to "manage" my frightened little baby. He was amazing and did not let a little six-pound terrified kitty prevent him from doing what is best for her.

I need to find Dr Jim he used to take care of my cats but don’t know where he’s working now
We have attended Dr Jim's vaccination clinic several times and he always provides excellent care and service. The same goes for his attending staff members who provide compassionate and courteous customer service. Warmest regards to Dr. Jim Ruglio and staff.

Dr. Jim was wooooooooooooonderful with Izzy (feline). She was scared out of her mind and was very difficult to manage.
Dr. Jim was marvelous and managed the situation with smooth and diligent efficiency. We are grateful for Dr. Jim.
