I had my dog put down today by Dr. Fuston and I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in the way my family and my dog was treated during this appointment. Dr. Fuston was VERY unprofessional, disrespectful, and was rushing the entire process. He hurt my dog by grabbing him by the collar and trying to drag him out of our truck KNOWING he was in pain. He was making comments to me and was impatient with my dog and his manners were horrible the entire time. I would not recommend this vet clinic and I will never be returning. This process is supposed to be peaceful for these animals, and this was heartbreaking to see. I have worked at a vet clinic before so I know how things can be and should be done. And his response the whole time was that this is how it is. and I know it isn’t. It is important in this field to consider how these families feel during these times instead of being inconsiderate.
