Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Vanessa Ali grew up in Plano, Texas and still resides there today. She attended Texas A&M Commerce for undergrad and earned her veterinary degree from the Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to being accepted to veterinary school, she competed for over 10 years with her Paso Fino Horses. Dr. Ali originally worked here at PMCOD from 2012 to 2013, after completing an internship at Rockwall Equine Center. Since then, she has been refining her expertise as a relief and associate veterinarian at several clinics in the DFW area. At home, Dr. Ali has several pets including four horses, Cortesia, Favorita, Campensina, and Retador, a dog, Sapharia, and three cats, Fiona, Tigger, and Smokey. When she isn't working, she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, riding and showing horses, and cooking.
