Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Flores is a passionate and caring Veterinarian dedicated to the practice of small animals. A graduate of Universidad Autonoma in Cuidad Juarez, Mexico, she also has a Small Animal Specialty Certification from Universidad Autonoma in Mexico City, Mexico. Dr. Flores was born in Juarez, Mexico to her father, Samuel Flores- a Doctor of Dentistry and his wife, Patricia Lozano, a portrait photographer. She grew up with two brothers, a sister, and several dogs and cats that she considered to be part of the family. As a child, Iliana rescued strays and nursed them back to health, thus finding her calling to heal and ease the suffering of animals early in life. She immigrated to the United States and obtained her Veterinary License through the American Veterinary Medical Associations Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates. Not only is she an experienced practitioner and surgeon, but also serves as a mentor instructing the younger generation on procedures and surgical techniques.
