Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Randy Shinaut grew up in El Paso loving animals. For as long as he could remember, Veterinary Medicine was his calling. Working with Veterinarians since the age of fourteen, Veterinary medicine has been his life. Background Dr. Randy was blessed with the purchase of Vista Hills Animal Hospital in 1990. Since that time, he has served as the President of the El Paso Veterinary Medical Association, the Texas Veterinary Medical Associations board of directors, and has given scientific talks on the benefits of K-Laser therapy. His current passions and interest include surgery, both soft tissue and orthopedics, internal medicine, and wound healing
