Dr. Smith is the best vet that has ever cared for my animals' wellness and medical needs. He's smart, kind, patient and medically conservative whenever possible. He listens to the pet owner and thinks outside the box. The office is immaculate and efficient. I can't imagine using another vet.
If I have one quibble (and there may be a reason for it I'm not aware of) the receptionist never answers the phone and I always have to leave a message or send an email to get an appointment. I assume this is the doctor's preference because it's been this way for years, no matter who is at the front desk; but I assure you, it's not enough of a problem to even consider going anywhere else.
