Dr. Janacek recently happened to be filling in at our local veterinarian (in Montgomery) when we brought in our 10 year old rescue border collie (Katie). We'd been going round and round with allergy treatments and skin issues since we had adopted her, and had spent literally thousands of dollars on this dog (persistent UTI's requiring expensive antibiotics, plus prescription Apoquel). Dr. Janacek took the time to carefully review Katie's previous veterinary records, and then prescribed thyroid medication for her. Our dog is doing so much better after we continued with levothyroxine. We have been able to eliminate apoquel, and she is doing so well. Thank you, Dr. Janacek.
Dr. Janacek is excellent. Now that she left I am totallly lost with my pets . I compare every Vet with her and haven’t been able to find any other . Please come back
We miss Dr. Monica. We will not bring our pets to Simonton. Please keep me posted on where she will be practicing. We will follow her wherever she goes.

We trusted Dr. Janacek for 15 years at Simonton. Since she is gone from that clinic we will no longer go there with our 3 dogs.
We hope Dr. Janacek will be at another clinic soon. We are looking around to find somewhere to send our records.
We miss Dr. Janacek and all of her staff.
