I had never met a Veterinarian of such compassion, wisdom, loyalty and knowledge before I met Dr. Proctor who is all of that and more. His vast experience, attention to detail, promptness, and most of all, giving heart to heart guidance and support to animals and their families in all stages and situations from life to death. This all exemplifies his pure loving dedication to his lifelong calling, caring for all creatures great and small. A source of hope and peace in triumph and tragedy. A true miracle worker of God.
