Dr. Pohl is the best vet I have ever known. I have been rescuing dogs for about 50 yrs and Dr Pohl and his staff are the best. Many times he has been up half the night with one of my dogs. I am one of those worriers when it comes to my dogs and he has shown such patience in taking my calls and explaining what needs to be done, I have gotten to know his staff over the yrs. Kelsi, Becca, Taylor and Grace and they are such a caring group. I thought I would never find a vet here and for 14 yrs went back to Houston to our old vet. He retired and Dr Pohl opened his clinic. I felt at ease right away. They are the best!

Dr Pohl is very kind and caring. He spends the time you need for digesting info he gave you and time to allow you to ask questions. He never seems rushed or in a hurry to "get rid of you". The office staff are amazing. They have everything you need to get you checked out with irrelevant wait time. We have been going to Dr. Pohl since we moved here (4 yrs) and my family and friends have been going to Dr Pohl for over 10 years. I would only go to Texas A
By far the kindest, most thoughtful Vet I have ever dealt with, I would trust my human babies in his care, He cares for the owners who have to go through a loss, in such a way to really know that everything had been done to save their pet, and he shared their loss, and really mean it, We are our newest pet to him as soon as we got her,,

Like having a "country vet" back when. Nice facility, great staff, wonderful vet and reasonable prices. What else could you want? I think enough of this vet service to drive three hours round trip from Houston when my dog needs a vet.
Dr Pohl,
We had a female cat show up last summer. We guessed someone put her out around here. She found us and we took her in. Well in a short time she had 4 kittens. We gave 3 away and kept one and she is a female too. We need to get both in and spade. Now one or both could be PG, we are not sure. However we don't want anymore kittens, so if so I guess they need to go as well. When can we get them both in and how much to fix them both? I would say Mama cat to be around 2 years old, and the baby 8 months. Thank you!
Dr Pohls has been our vet for several years , now. We adore him and his staff. Kelsea knows us by name. Love her! They're always good with our 5 dogs and their prices are reasonable. We'd rather go the 45 minutes to see them, than these higher price College Station vets, any day
Dr. Pohl was very compassionate and caring when we had to lay our sweet Abbie to rest. He gave us all the options available to us at the time and we appreciate his expertise and understanding. We have 3 other dogs and a cat that we routinely take in to his vet. Very reasonable prices and he genuinely cares about your animals. I highly recommend you take a drive for one of the best vets in the Brazos Valley!!
We absolutely love Dr. Pohl and his staff. In over our 45 years of owning horses, dogs, and cats he is the very best. Our animals love him and he works with them.
