Veterinarian Overview
Drs. Joe and Chelly Quinn graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1986. Town East Galloway Animal Clinic was opened in March 1991. The goal has always been to operate an animal clinic that permeates with a family atmosphere and employs outstanding, friendly staff. We believe in treating our clients the same way we would want to be treated. Joe and Chelly have three grown children, Clay, Jill and Josh. Josh is a student athlete at Austin College. They have two dogs-Cooper the golden, and Whistle, a small breed rescue. Cooper accompanies Dr. Chelly to the clinic most days and is still her faithful running buddy. The Quinns are active in community work with Joe serving on the Sunnyvale School Board and Chelly a board member for Search One Rescue Team. The National Kidney Foundation is near and dear to them as well. In September 2015, Joe received a kidney transplant with his donor being Chelly. They remain ever thankful for the support of so many folks.
